About

Emerald City Calisthenics is a one-of-a-kind movement facility in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Our 6,000 sq ft space is purpose-built for bodyweight training with high ceilings, pull-up bar forests, parallel bars, rings stations, a dedicated handstand wall, tumble track, and a flexibility area. We specialize in progressive calisthenics — from your first pull-up to muscle-ups, planches, and human flags. Our coaching team includes former gymnasts, competitive street workout athletes, and movement specialists who combine classical gymnastics strength training with modern calisthenics programming. We offer structured classes at all levels, open gym time, and personal coaching. Whether your goal is your first handstand pushup or a full iron cross, Emerald City Calisthenics has the expertise and equipment to get you there.
