I'm Alyssa Morgan, a strength coach training out of Iron Temple Fitness in Austin, TX. I specialize in women's powerlifting — from first-time lifters learning the big three to competitive athletes peaking for meets. After competing in USAPL for 4 years and earning my NASM-CPT and USAPL Club Coach certifications, I transitioned to full-time coaching. My programming is built on block periodization with a focus on technical mastery and long-term progression. I've coached 20+ women to their first powerlifting meets and helped several break state records. Whether you want to compete or just get strong, I'll meet you where you are.
